The contract remains with the general contractor or with a separate agreement for us. We can also work directly with the contractors and offer a discounted hourly rate for greater markup flexibility.

Finish, Fixture, and Color Selection

When contractors create plans for budget-conscious clients, buildability may outweigh user needs or aesthetics. We review drawings hourly, provide redlines, and conduct homeowner-focused discussions, with follow-ups as needed. Homeowners can access this directly at standard rates for an elevated alternative to basic contractor designs.
